Which was good because a moment later he was jogging up to her, a very worried expression on his face. He tried nto to be worried too much because she was texting but still. Arya was HURT and that was bad and made Peter angry and worried and all sorts of things he wasn't even sure how to categorize.
Oh, she was going to feel really bad about putting that look on his face
when she sobered up, she could tell because she already felt a little bad
for it, even though it was buried under a booze-amplified feeling of glee
at seeing him. "Here I am! And bitch I have two hands." She held them up at
him, not quite doing grabby hands but wiggling her fingers at him and
showing off a nice graze on her forearm.
"What happened?" he asked, immediately stepping into her grabby hands and very carefully wrapping her up in a hug. He tried not to focus too much on her wounded arm, not wanting her to think he was only here to check out how badly she was hurt. She was okay now which was the important part.
As if she would ever think that. She might think it of one of her siblings,
but not Peter. He could be careful hugging her, but she was going to
squeeze him before she answered. "I just lost a teensy little argument with
gravity, that's all."
"How high up were you taking this argument?" Peter asked. Because alcohol
and high places were not a great combination. Not that he expected her to
do anything especially dangerous but still. "Let me clean it up for you?"
he added, holding up the first aid kit.
@whateveraspidercan
Do you want to come get me, would that help? I feel like that's more helpful. Come rescue me.
no subject
Do you legit need a rescue or is this more like
A Spider-Uber
no subject
Um, neither? I could still get home by myself but also sitting down and waiting a bit just sounds so good.
But it's DEF not a Spider-Uber, no swinging, I would for sure puke
no subject
[Oh great that doesn't sound terrible and worrying at all.]
Okay I'm on my way
no subject
[It's at least mostly from the drinking. Which Arya didn't really intend to do as much of that as she did.]
... Do you already know where I am?
no subject
Okay good point I actually don’t
no subject
[Insert drunken selfie featuring slightly blurry street signs here.]
no subject
You look cute
But babe could you just share your location with me on your phone or give me permission to hack into it?
no subject
Oh, course you can hack it.
no subject
Okay got it on my way
no subject
Good.
I was right. Sitting down is amazing.
no subject
Yes just sit there and wait until I get there. I'm bringing water and aspirin
no subject
Well maybe now I'll do cartwheels instead or something.
[She is absolutely not going to do cartwheels.]
no subject
Okay cartwheels are fine if that's what you want
no subject
Mm. Nah.
no subject
Do I need to bring a barf bag or something to come get you?
no subject
I think as long as I don't actually do any gymnastics I'm good.
