Using excess of a food being bad for you is a poor argument because water is bad for you if you have an excess of it and not good if that’s all you consume

Your criteria for evaluating food cannot be based on that food divorced from other food and in a vacuum

Otherwise all individual foods would fail because none of them are complete on their own

Celery is far superior because as a part of a diet it can be combined with more things

You can eat it with ranch dip OR peanut butter

Carrots cannot boast the same

Celery 100% comes on a vegetable party tray! And celery is good eaten alone but it has a wider diversity of things it can be eaten with
